Vendor Contract
I/We consent to abide by the rules as set forth by LandK Events LLC. I agree to the participation fees as stated above. NO REFUNDS UNLESS EVENT CANCELLED BY LANDK EVENTS LLC. LandK Events LLC has the right to demand the release of any space for failure to comply with the rules, to relocate spaces if necessary, and to reject any or all applications. This contract does not guarantee a sell of any kind at any event from any shopper or attendee of any kind. Each vendor/crafter understands that any and all product sells are the responsibility of that said vendor/crafter.

We hold harmless LandKEvents LLC, Larry and Karla Johnson, along with Tech Belt Energy Innovation Center, and BRITE Energy Innovators for any loss, damaged, or injury sustained by an exhibitor or any other person, caused by fire, theft, water, or accident of any sort during, arising from, or related to these events.

By paying, you agree to the terms and conditions as stated above. This agreement is entered into in accordance with laws of the State of Ohio.
