* Outdoor Vendor spaces are 10ft x 10ft.
* Space must be paid in full to secure your space(s).

I/We consent to abide by the rules as set forth by LandK Events LLC. I agree to the participation fees as stated above. LandK Events LLC has the right to demand the release of any space for failure to comply with the rules, to relocate spaces if necessary, and to reject any or all applications. This contract does not guarantee a sell of any kind at any event from any shopper or attendee of any kind. Each vendor/crafter understands that any and all product sells are the responsibility of that said vendor/crafter, and each vendor/crafter accepts all risks associated. Vendor understands that they must obtain (at their own expense), any licenses, permits and/or insurances required for the operation of its trade, business, or operation, while also collecting/ paying all required taxes / sales taxes as required. ALL Market events are rain or shine. In the event, the market is canceled, we will notify approved vendors for that specific market.

We hold harmless LandK Events LLC, Larry and Karla Johnson, along with Central Christian Church for any loss, damaged, or injury sustained by an exhibitor, vendor, or any other person, caused by fire, theft, water, or accident of any sort during, arising from, or related to these events.
